Another charity which is supported is called the “Homestead”and for this Julian and Kirsty ask people on touring holidays in South Africa to collect up the small sample soaps, and shampoos that the traveller pays for when staying in a hotel.  These are collected up and given to the Homestead for the street children, who call in, have their first shower in months, a set of clean clothes and a meal, before they go back onto the streets to try and find somewhere to sleep that night.  They also need all the childrens’ clothes they can get for both boys and girls.
